The Hastings-on-Hudson Fire Department congratulates Lt. Julie McKinnon of the Hook & Ladder Company for being named FASNY Fire Safety Educator of the Year! Lt. McKinnon was selected from many qualified candidates throughout the state for this prestigious award.
